1. First cut off the crown of the pomegranate
2. Remove the yellow from the blossom end. Do not prick the seeds inside
3.Lightly peel the skin form the stem until the crown
4. Put the fruit into a bowl of cool water for 5 minutes
5. While running the cold water, break the fruit apart with your fingers.
6. Separate the seeds from the membrane. The seeds will sink to the bottom of the bowl.
7. Take out paper towels and drain the seeds.
