Pineapples contain an enzyme called bromelain which has  anti-inflammatory also has large quantities of manganese which takes part in  forming the connective tissue and the improvement of the nerve function. The availability of these two elements relieves the cough and eradicates the mucus from the lungs. It is a natural and safe way to cure coughs.


Treating cough with pineapple juice

  1. Wash well and remove the skin from the pineapple.
  2. Pill the pineapple and blend the pineapple to get the pineapple juice.
  3. Take the juice 3 times a day 30 minutes before or after each meal.
