Vitamin C

Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant that assists with normal function of the brain. Research has shown Vitamin C protects against Alzheimer’s disease and stroke. Some good food sources of vitamin C include cantaloupe, citrus, fruits, and kiwis.




Vitamin C is an antioxidant that fights off free radicals from the body that causes premature aging and tissue degeneration which causes diseases like cancer and heart diseases



Research has shown the high dosages of Vitamin C can help slow the reproduction of cancer include colon and liver cancers. Other studies have shown that Vitamin C helps inhibits tumor growth in cacners such has pancreatic and prostate cancers. Please proceed with caution, in  the US The FDA does not approve Vitamin C for treatment of cancer can it may interact with conventional cancer treatment.

Some studies have shown that vitamin C supplements may help prevent the common cold. Other studies have shown that vitamin C can reduce the duration of the common cold.

Vitamin C helps to minimize the buildup of harmful plaque that causes heart attacks.



Vitamin C deficiencies can cause a condition known as scurvy. Scurvy includes lethargy, weakness and weight loss, loose teeth, poor healing, lethargy and other medical conditions. Eating food high in vitamin C can prevent scurvy.

If you take too much vitamin C, you may have diarrhea.  It’s best to take over time to improve your tolerance.

Foods that are high in Vitamin C include kiwis, grapefruit, peppers, oranges, strawberries, and brussel sprouts. Recommend to get 35 mcg of vitamin C daily.
